In early 2011, the frustration of waiting on hold prompted a thought: "Why isn't there a solution that allows me to be notified when a representative is available?" This question inspired the creation of FastCustomer, a tool envisioned to eliminate the tedious experience of being placed on hold.

After dedicating numerous late evenings to development, the team conducted a pivotal test call to AT&T from Bayou Bakery in Arlington, VA. The anticipation was palpable as they wondered if their innovative solution would indeed work.

Much to their satisfaction, it did. With a simple tap and a brief wait while enjoying coffee, FastCustomer effectively put an end to the dreaded "waiting on hold" scenario. When their phone rang moments later with an AT&T representative on the line, it was clear that this groundbreaking approach would redefine customer service interactions.

Fast forward to today, with hundreds of thousands of satisfied users, the commitment to enhancing customer service experiences remains steadfast. FastCustomer continues to strive for improvement in how individuals connect with service providers, ensuring that the waiting period becomes a thing of the past.
